Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Milan Shoots provides wedding photography, videography, event coverage, pre-wedding shoots, sports coverage, and related creative services as described on our website and agreed upon in writing before each engagement.

2. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable advance of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.
• Add-on services requested after booking will be quoted and billed separately.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: advance is non-refundable but may be adjusted toward a future booking within 12 months.
• Cancellations within 30 days: no refund.
• Rescheduling is subject to crew availability and must be confirmed at least 14 days in advance.
• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Deliverables & Timelines

• Same-day teasers / reels: delivered within 24 hours of the event.
• Full photo galleries: delivered within 2–4 weeks.
• Cinematic highlight films: delivered within 4–8 weeks.
• Full ceremony/event films: delivered within 8–12 weeks.
• Timelines may vary during peak wedding season (October–February).

5. Copyright & Usage

All photographs and films remain the intellectual property of Milan Shoots. Clients receive a personal-use licence to share, print, and display their images. Commercial use requires prior written permission.

Milan Shoots reserves the right to use images and films from your event for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

6. Travel & Accommodation

Events within 50 km of our base location (Sangrur, Punjab) are covered at no additional travel cost. For events beyond this radius, travel expenses, accommodation, and meals for the crew will be quoted separately and added to the package cost.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to safeguard your footage and images, Milan Shoots is not liable for loss of data due to equipment failure, theft, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, our liability is limited to a refund of the fees paid for the affected portion of the service.

8. Client Cooperation

Clients are expected to provide accurate event details (venue, timings, point of contact) in advance. Milan Shoots is not responsible for missed moments resulting from schedule changes, venue restrictions, or lack of access not communicated beforehand.
